Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point, the User may cancel the Transaction only if specifically provided for on the Platform, and such cancellation shall be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any cancellation requests and may ask for additional details before doing so.

Once you have received the product, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. However, an exchange will be accepted only if the product does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform and is returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Any request for exchange must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of delivery or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit an exchange request by raising a ticket or contacting us at jaggihandloomchd@gmail.com along with clear details and supporting proof, if required. Approval of exchange requests will be at our sole discretion.
